Our sincere thanks to Prabir Banerjee whose passion and persistence (behind the scenes) inevitably lead to some beautiful programs. So too was this program on 21 February where the exploration was led and facilitated by Mark Lee and Michael Mendizza. Thank you, Mark and Michael, for yet again giving all your energy to the exploration and engaging with all the participants. No words can express our gratitude. This program will be remembered for a long, long time. Thanks also to the 30 plus participants in the program for contributing to an amazing interaction. Their intensity too was so good to see. That made the exploration even more beautiful. And we were so delighted to see participants from Thailand, Japan, Brazil, U S and all parts of India. Finally, we are most grateful to Sayan Mukerji for anchoring the program beautifully and also providing all the technical skills in running the program.
The fundamental exploration related broadly to three questions. These questions were intended to provoke deep inquiry.
- The teachings of J Krishnamurti point to a state that is free from the known. Can freedom from the known ever be known?
- If the unknown can never be known, then in what ways does the unknown express, inspire and guide?
- All the talks and dialogues suggest that the whole is implicit in each part. Why keep studying and discussing the teachings if each part contains the whole.
- This was an extraordinary program. The depth was quite amazing. Am sure you will feel that too as you watch the recorded program which is now available on youtube. The link is given below:
If there are questions that you would want us to send to Michael and Mark, do email us. Often, the most pertinent questions come to mind after a program on deep reflection. So, do feel free to write to us at kfikolkata@gmail.com Any time is a good time to ask questions.
